I’m Keeley. An equity-driven Project Operations Specialist with 10+ years supporting nonprofit and corporate programs. My core focus is bridging the gap between complex project requirements and everyday execution. I specialize in developing standard operating procedures that are not just comprehensive, but genuinely easy to read, follow, and implement. I’ve also spent years creating engaging, trauma-informed, and accessible training content.

I’ll work with you and your team to ensure your current workflows are efficient, reflect accurately the work you are doing, and are easy to follow for every member of the team! Need to create new protocols? No problem! I’ll meet with your team to develop a draft workflow that can be updated as the project progresses.
